Service Description

Join us, the First Sunday of every month, as we collectively walk towards the healing and release of various pains and experiences of the mind and heart. Healing sessions are hosted by our Integrative Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, who will combine modern psychiatric practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with Holistic Healing Modalities such as sound, word, movement, and meditation therapy. Join us, as we invite the power of empathy, transparency, and non-judgement as remedies to our mental and emotional pains. The mission of the Empathy Wellness Center is to combine modern day medicine practices, with holistic approaches to healing the mind, body, and soul. We will offer various topics for healing throughout the year.   *All meetings present access to scheduling for mental health services and prescriptive medications if clinically indicated. *Price includes mindful food/eating presentation at the conclusion of the session.
